Allimede, LLC is an independent boutique consulting services firm serving healthcare and technology clients. Our strength lies in our breadth of healthcare and technology experience, including specific expertise in digital health and consumer engagement, product marketing, provider network development and contracting, market research, go-to-market strategy, provider operations, and business development.
Allimede has worked with technology companies, healthcare service organizations, health plans, and provider organizations across the healthcare ecosystem. We offer deep strategy and operations experience in Medicare, Medicaid, value-based reimbursement, and provider network development and management. In addition to consulting with operating companies, we work with private equity investors to provide due diligence services, strategic guidance, and operational support.

Mike is a seasoned healthcare and technology executive with over 20 years of strategy, product marketing, operations, and business development experience at both early stage and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding Allimede, Mike worked for digital health start-up Rally Health as Vice President, Client Solutions.
During his tenure at WellCare Health Plans, Mike held leadership roles in marketing, operations, new market development and provider contracting. At GE Healthcare, he was accountable for the marketing strategy and profitability of the company’s professional services business. Early in his career he served as a Product Manager for search products at AOL, during a time of rapid growth for the company.
Mike earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the College of William and Mary, and he resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and three children.
